2. What data we process and why
2.1. Contact form and email
When you contact us via the form on this site or by email, we process: your name, email address, the text of your message and, if you include them yourself, any other data contained in your message.
- Purpose: responding to your inquiry; correspondence about potential cooperation.
- Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract; for subsequent business correspondence — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest: communication with prospective clients).
- Retention: until the correspondence is concluded, thereafter up to 24 months from the last contact, unless a contractual relationship arises (in which case the retention periods required by Slovak law for business records apply).
2.2. Web server logs
Our hosting provider, Netlify, Inc. (USA), automatically processes technical data (IP address, time of request, user agent) to serve, operate and secure the website.
- Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest: stability and security).
- Retention: only for as long as necessary to operate and secure the service, in accordance with Netlify's data-retention policy.
2.3. Cookies and analytics
This site does not use marketing cookies or tracking analytics.

Your data is not sold and not shared with third parties for their own purposes. Technical subprocessors:
- Website hosting / CDN: Netlify, Inc., San Francisco, California, USA.
- Email and DNS: Websupport s. r. o., Bratislava, Slovakia (EU).
Data processing agreements (Art. 28 GDPR) are in place with all subprocessors. Email is processed within the EU. Website hosting involves a transfer to the USA (Netlify); that transfer is covered by the Standard Contractual Clauses incorporated into Netlify's Data Processing Agreement, in accordance with Chapter V GDPR.
